About BKNY Firearms

An online store for the guns New York actually allows: pump and break-action shotguns, bolt, lever and pump deer rifles, revolvers, rimfire, pistols for permit holders, and the ammunition to go with them.

Most national gun stores treat New York as an afterthought. You order, you pay, and then your dealer tells you the rifle cannot be transferred, the magazine has to go back, or the ammunition was never allowed to come to your door. We built this shop the other way round. Every listing is checked against New York law before it reaches the page, so the catalog is smaller than the big national sites on purpose — and what is in it is what you can take delivery of.

How we work

• New York legal only. Semi-automatic rifles with banned features, AR and AK-pattern guns, stripped receivers and magazines over 10 rounds are filtered out before they are ever listed.
• Online only. There's no showroom to visit. Everything is ordered here and picked up at your own FFL dealer.
• Live price and stock. What you see is checked again when you order.
• Every firearm through an FFL. We ship guns only to licensed dealers, who complete the background check with you. Ammunition goes to a licensed New York dealer, because state law requires it.
• Straight answers. Ask us anything before you buy — about a model, a gauge, or how a transfer works.

What we don't sell

We don't sell NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles or shotguns, machine guns). We don't sell New York "assault weapons" or magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. And we don't ship anything to a place where it's prohibited.
