Terms of sale

By placing an order with BKNY Firearms ("we", "us") you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 to buy handguns, handgun frames and receivers, and handgun ammunition; at least 18 for long guns and long-gun ammunition. New York sets 21 as the minimum age for a semi-automatic rifle, and state or local law may set higher ages for other items.
• You must not be prohibited by federal, state or local law from receiving or possessing firearms or ammunition.
• You must be buying for yourself or as a genuine gift. Buying a firearm on behalf of someone else who will be the actual owner ("straw purchase") is a federal crime; we cancel any order we believe is one.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We may cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, not legal to ship to your location, or if we can't verify your dealer — and we refund you in full when we do.

Prices and availability

Prices and stock are checked live when you place your order. Prices are in US dollars and exclude your FFL dealer's transfer fee and any taxes your state requires your dealer to collect.

Items from partner warehouses

Some items are sourced from partner distributors instead of our main warehouse. They usually ship within 1–3 weeks. If we cannot obtain an item within 30 days of your order, we will notify you and refund that item in full unless you choose to keep waiting.

Firearm transfers

Firearms ship only to a federally licensed dealer and are released to you only after the dealer completes ATF Form 4473 and the required background check, plus any New York licence or permit that applies. Ammunition ordered to a New York address ships to a licensed New York dealer, not to your door. See shipping & FFL transfers.

Legal compliance

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. Our catalog is filtered against New York law before anything is listed, so New York “assault weapons”, magazines over 10 rounds and stripped receivers are not offered for sale at all. That filter does not replace your own licence: a pistol may only be transferred to a New York buyer who holds a New York pistol licence, and a long gun collected in New York City needs an NYPD rifle/shotgun permit. Payment

Payment is taken by card on our secure checkout page, operated by our payment partner. We do not see or store your full card number.

Warranty and liability

Products carry their manufacturer's warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Handle and store all firearms and ammunition safely and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
